I am an author, mentor, facilitator and teacher, with expertise in self-mastery, peak performance, leadership, co-creative relationships, and self-employment, and hold a BSBA. I bring 40 years of experience with business, human potential development and spirituality to help people achieve peak performance, peace and freedom on all levels.
Like many heartfelt people born in the 1940s, I endured an especially difficult family environment. My parents were at odds with everyone. I witnessed no love anywhere. And school was just as bleak.
Then, at the age of 8, I finally implored, “What’s the matter with everyone here? Why can’t people be nice?” And in that telling moment, I activated my life’s Quest. Then in 1968 epiphany, I saw that I was unwittingly inflicting my family’s pain onto everyone, and that my life was a mess. Horrified, I instantly devoted my life to finding peace, love and freedom. So driven, I lived life to the fullest, and through untold painful awakenings, I began understanding myself, others, and how the world works.
As a single parent with little support, I could afford no therapy or personal growth programs. Gratefully, my propensity to reflect within for what I need, and an ardent reverence for integrity, drove me to learn how to remove self-limiting patterns, and deftly navigate through life. In the process, I am delivering myself into the arms of serenity, and setting myself free. Whatever the question, the answer is Love.

Likewise-impassioned to invest others so driven, for over 20 years I have written books and offered programs that facilitate self-mastery, peak performance and successful self-employment. My bliss, skill and indeed my leading honor, is with uplifting others to their own stellar levels.
For
24 years, with a unique repertoire of techniques and
curriculum, I have facilitated innumerable individual,
partner and group programs of varying sizes and formats.
I began in 1985, with weekly business courses and weekend
seminars. Then alas, I filed for bankruptcy in 1987.
Humbly discovering that “we (do indeed) teach what
we need to learn”, from 1989-93, I offered 13 three-month
Mastery programs.
In groups, I discovered that people gain the most and make lasting change with regular facilitation and support. For this reason, in 1995, I began providing one-on-one telephone facilitation. I helped clients remove sabotaging patterns while they developed and revamped their businesses. As I discovered what causes people to succeed and to fail, I added a self-mastery focus. In time, I developed this understanding into a results-guaranteed system. Now, in addition to providing business support, I provide self-mastery, peak performance and self-mastery for leaders facilitation for clients around the world.
My books include Empowering Vision For Dreamers, Visionaries & Other
Entrepreneurs (1991) and warm liquid life (1993). I am completing a third book, The Passage to Freedom, based on my mentoring program.
In 1991, I was a Colorado Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee. I am a proud mother and grandmother.
