Marianne
had a powerful impact on our business.
Through individual sessions, she assisted our team of four
to identify our individual professional issues so we can better support each
other.
Then in our first group session she helped us to discuss our issues
and how we want to support each other to change.
Now we are acutely aware of each other's abilities and blocks.
We challenge each other to perform better in our roles and responsibilities,
rather than be silent and resentful or annoyed and critical,
and communicate openly to improve our performance.
This has increased productivity and creativity,
and ultimately the bottom line. We are grateful. |
