Phase One begins with concurrent, individual
Reflective Questioning facilitation sessions for
managers and key employees. This self-reflective, results-oriented
process facilitates employees to recognize and “own” the
sabotaging traits and habits that keep them from performing
at their peak potential. They analyze, evaluate, draw conclusions,
and make discerning new choices about how best to think,
choose, relate, and act. This often includes new business
practices that promote success. As a result, they are able
to contribute greater effectiveness, excellence, and integrity
to their job performance. When you invest in the effectiveness
of your employees, you significantly increase the performance
and financial resilience and bottom line of your company.
Note: The self-understanding that leads to excellence,
requires openness - openness to oneself, to me the facilitator,
and in the team development sessions. Some people are uncomfortable
with my direct and self-revealing method. For this reason,
I always a short Intake Interview in which prospective
clients and I determine if this method is right for them.
In three private, telephone sessions, each participant
identifies and begins to change the behavior that most
limits their job performance. When they use what they learn,
then from the end of the first session they can begin to
improve their effectiveness. This subtly begins to increase
the effectiveness of the company and its bottom line.
Phase Two focuses
on team development. Individual sessions are followed
by a series of team discussions. In a supportive
environment, individuals openly reveal the negative patterns
that have interrupted the effective flow of their task
completion. This new understanding begins to decrease
any tension,
assumptions, and obstacles that operate in the work environment.
Employees are guided to be more supportive of each other
by speaking openly about their limitations and what they
intend to change, and encouraging them to support each
other to fulfill these intentions. This honest, self-responsible
communication builds a more solid foundation for all their
endeavors.
Once again, effective employee performance and communication
will directly support your company to be more financially
resilient in our weakened economy.
